Velraq Scan · try it now

Which of your supplier's files loaded fine but were wrong?

Add a few months of files a supplier sent you, in the box that matches what they are. Velraq checks each file against the ones before it, as if it had just arrived, and shows the ones it would have held. Column names don't matter: it works out what each column is from the values.

Add files to at least one box to start.

For a real check, add 6 or more files from the same supplier, ideally 25. With only one file there is nothing earlier to compare it with, so only the basic checks run.

  • Kept: nothing. Files go to Velraq's checker in AWS (London), are deleted as soon as they are read, and the results come back only to this page.
  • Best with 25 or more files per supplier. The price checks start on a supplier's 6th file. With fewer than 6, only the basic checks run.
  • One supplier per box, or one folder per supplier inside it. Dates in file names (e.g. 2026-09-01) keep them in the right order.
  • Remove customer or personal data first. Redacted is fine: swap names, but keep prices and stock as they are.
  • Up to 250 MB per file.

No files to hand? Run the sample: 40 weekly price lists from Larkmoor Homeware, a made-up supplier, with three problems hidden in them (a doubled file, VAT added twice to one column, half a file) and one genuine price rise.

A hold means the file should have been checked with the supplier before loading; it does not prove the file was wrong. Holds are more frequent in a supplier's 6th to 20th files, while its history is short. The price checks were tested on real public data with errors we injected (how we tested them); the checks on stock, catalogue and order files are the basic checks.
